2015 Annual Membership Meeting Sponsorships
Publishers, distributors and other vendors interested in working with the industry's most progressive retailers are invited to attend the Annual Meeting as official sponsors. There are four sponsorship levels: Showcase, Roundtable, Premier, and Platinum.

Showcase Sponsorships are for those vendors that want to set up stationary displays for our retailers. In other words, these sponsors want to "showcase" their product. Showcase Sponsors set up at a six foot table in the foyer of the conference hall. Retailers will spend time at Showcase Sponsor tables during programming breaks.
Showcase Sponsorships come with an invitation to:
- set up at a six foot table in the foyer of the conference.
- do NOT participate in the Roundtable Process.
- do NOT have speaking time in front of the entire group.
- send one representative to attend all open meetings
- participate in all retailer/vendor panels that apply to your business
- attend sponsored meals
- display a 1/2 page ad in the meeting program guide
- add your company logo to our Sponsorship web page
- add your company to our meeting press releases and promotional materials
- interact with many of the industry's best retailers and other vendors during meetings, meals, and other social events
Showcase Sponsorships are $650. The registration fee for additional attendees from a Supporting Sponsorship company is $250 per extra attendee.

Roundtable Sponsorships are designed for those vendors that want formal small group interaction with our retailers. Through the roundtable process, the vendor remains stationary while small retailer groups circulate amongst the vendors. Vendors usually choose the topic of discussion for the roundtables; we encourage vendors to discuss future projects, show off new product, and generate new business. Roundtable Sponsorships come with an invitation to:
- participate in retailer/vendor round-tables
- do NOT have speaking time in front of the entire group.
- send one representative to attend all open meetings
- participate in all retailer/vendor panels that apply to your
business
- attend sponsored meals
- display a 1/2 page ad in the meeting program guide
- add your company logo to our Sponsorship web page
- add your company to our meeting press releases and promotional
materials
- interact with many of the industry's best retailers and other vendors during meetings, meals, and other social events
Roundtable Sponsorships are $1000. The registration fee for additional attendees from a Supporting Sponsorship company is $250 per extra attendee.

Premier Sponsorships
come with time for vendors to
make presentations to the entire group. Some presentations are during meals and some are not. The cost of sponsorship depends on the specific time slot occupied and how long the presentation is. Premier Sponsorships come with an invitation to:
- make a presentation to the entire group (10-20 minutes).
- participate in retailer/vendor roundtables
- send one representative to attend all open meetings

participate in all retailer/vendor panels that apply to your business
- attend other sponsored meals
- display a full page ad in the meeting program guide

Premier Sponsorships with 10 minute talk time are $1900. Premier Sponsorships with 20 minute talk time range from $2700 to $3,200. The registration fee for additional attendees from a Premier Sponsorship company are $250 per extra attendee.

Platinum Sponsorships are for those companies that would like exclusive time with our members - i.e. just that specific company and our retailers. These sponsorships start at $7,000 for 1 hour. DC Comics and Dark Horse Comics are our Platinum Sponsors for 2015. We have no more Platinum Spots for 2015.
