VIRTUAL BOOTHS

Each Sponsor can set up a Virtual Exhibit Booth.  The Virtual  Exhibit Hall is designed for retailers who can't come to the meeting.  However, it is also usual for those coming to Pittsburgh to find out a little bit more about the vendor before they come out.   The virtual booth is a good place to look for pdfs of comics, order sheets, vendor contact information, videos, etc.

In the virtual booth you wil have:  A - Alphabetical List of Exhibitors, B - Prerecorded Video, C:  ways that you can sign up for more info., D Coupons, Special offers, E - PDFs and Photos. , F- Chat Function . Text chats can be turned into video chats. Also links to zoom discussions.

MEET-UPS

You will be able to interact with publishers, distributors, and other retailers by starting and/or attending meet-ups.

Meet-ups can be in-person in Pittsburgh.   Watch out for publishers announcements.  Maybe you will be invited to dinner or a special event!   Or create your own meet-up!  ("Im going to dinner at a vegan place! Anybody wan't to join me?"

Meet-ups can also be virtual. You link up a virtual room using Zoom or any other video conferencing software.  And this can be done 1 week before to 1 week after the meeting!   

ONLINE FORUMS

You will be able to interact with publishers/distributors and other retailers by posting and responding to forum posts. Forum topics can be started by any participant. There may be forums such as: Graphic Novels for Children, Best Manga, Using Grading Services, etc.

Both in-person and stay-at-home attendees can participate.
